Susan was amazing we ran into her trying to find something on 1/4/2024 around 10 and she was beyond helpful and sweet we will be returning just because of her above and beyond service she stopped what she was doing just to help us without us having to ask we have never had better service from a grocery store
This was our first visit to this store. The employees at this kroger were very friendly, and the shelves are well stocked. Everything is clean and labeled.
Each and every time I go to this store's deli which has been the last 3 times I've gone, there is always a 7 to 8 minute wait before the clerk even acknowledges that you're standing there even though they see you and continue to work on whatever they're prepping. This is a problem especially if you're a senior citizen and trying not to stand there unnecessarily to get waited on. It makes no difference whether there are other customers or not, it still happens.
This location is just awful! It’s dirty, unorganized and understaffed. Two days back to back I stopped around 5pm & had business to do at their customer service desk & both days no one was there working. I waited & waited & nothing.
They have two different self check areas both with at least 6 checkouts & there’s always a huge line to check out.
Always wait 5+ minutes for anyone to even acknowledge you at the meat counter.
Often times out of certain produce
Their ‘digital coupons’ are really quite confusing & seem almost like a decoy to have you pick up those items & then offer no help in actually redeeming them to get the sale price!
Shop Meijer down the road instead!
Came here to use money service after leaving another Kroger.
Money service's closed due to someone being out to lunch at almost 4 in the afternoon.
Pretty bad when you have to keep spending gas to go from Kroger to Kroger to utilize their services and they don't even have them open!
There money center is never open. They have shut it down the last two times I was there while waiting in line. And quite rude about it sitting so high and mighty in there booth. Yes I took a bus here, yes I cash my check here. Geez. Thanks for making me feel less than Kroger. Find a different place for check cashing or money matters.
I just had surgery and was unable to unload my groceries, and an employee offered to assist me. Customer service is there is why I drive past another Kroger store to come to this one.
Don't like the digital coupon. I had the manager help me for the first time download coupons. When I got up to the cashier only half of the coupons were downloaded. I'm not saying I'll never shop at Kroger's again because it's convenient but for my main grocery shopping I'll just go down to meijer's
